Maintenance Contracts

C & B Machinery will visit your facility at scheduled, agreed upon intervals to perform a machine inspection and assist with any required maintenance. This would include:

Performing a visual inspection for any obvious broken components.
Check the machine alignment settings.
Test the machine's accuracy and repeatability.
Check the spindles for excessive radial shake.
Check the spindles for excessive lateral end-play.
Inspect seals for proper integrity.
Ensure all manual functions operate correctly.
Ensure automatic cycle functions correctly.
Inspect the quality of the components being ground.
Provide maintenance, repair and alignment recommendations.

Maintenance visits usually require less than one 8-hour shift to complete. Please contact C & B Machinery to develop a maintenance plan customized for your grinder.
