David Krysak brings a solid record of success combining Global Sales Leadership, Business leadership, market savvy and technical excellence to drive sales, engineering, service and launch new products and systems. He is a dynamic, results-orientated executive with Global and Domestic top line growth and P&L experience in business operations. Mr. Krysak has a particular expertise as a start-up and turn around specialist. He has established organizations from the ground up, turned around declining sales by applying critical competitor analysis and Six Sigma tools, determining Customer CTQ’s to ensure corporate growth targets were achieved.

With 25+ years of Management experience in the Industrial manufacturing and Process Automation Industries, Mr. Krysak is a Business and Technical Sales innovation Leader. Throughout his career he has lead multi-disciplinary teams and multi-million dollar Technical Sales and System/Service organizations that have given him a solid understanding of Project Management and the complexities of closing multi-million dollar deals. His Industrial Automation and Automotive experience encompassed, Operations, General Management, Global Strategies, International Sales/Marketing, Customer Service, Service and Project Management. His industry exposure and experience has covered high technology, industrial products, distribution, process control automation, power distribution systems and manufacturing information systems.

Through out his career, Mr. Krysak has been a hands-on can-do leader, anticipating and responding to customer requirements, changing market conditions, resulting in consistent repeat business and growth. His vast Global Sales background has brought him a keen understanding on how to do business around the world and he has a particular strong understanding of the Asian and China Industrial Markets.

As General Manager of Global Automotive Operation for General Electric Industrial System Business, with $150million in Sales, he built and led an organization that provided Plant Wide Manufacturing Software Systems, Plant Wide Security Systems, Power Distribution Systems and Automation Control Systems and components for applications such as paint shops, transfer lines and material handling systems.

Mr. Krysak grew up in Toronto, Ontario Canada and attended the University of Waterloo where he earned a B.Sc. degree in Electrical Engineering. He also attended the International School of Economics’ in Switzerland to study Eastern Europe and Global Economics under an Executive Training Program sponsored by General Electric Co. He is Six Sigma Green Belt Certified.

Mr. Krysak is an avid collector of Asian art and furniture. He enjoys swimming, fishing and golf.
