Production Grinding
If your current grinding equipment goes down, C & B will be your back up parts supplier with PPAP approvals on your parts. We’ll keep you supplied for as long as it takes. C & B Machinery offers production support for any reason; emergency down time, scheduled maintenance, temporary volume adjustments, equipment relocation etc.
PPAP (Production Part Approval Process)
C & B's process development will ultimately lead you to PPAP certification. We will help define your statistical requirements and demonstrate the Ppk level achievable for virtually any Disc Grinding Process. C & B can perform "same process" production quality level grinding services.
EXAMPLE:
C & B is PPAP certified for all transmission gears for Ford Motor Company (North America). When called upon, we are ready to grind production parts the same day. C & B supplies/offers this valuable service to all of our customers providing "TRUE" Warranty Support. |
