With the current labor shortage and cost, it may be time to justify moving up from the single-sided labor-intensive Surface and Blanchard grinding and take that leap into Single and Double Disc Grinding with C&B Machinery.
Case Example:
A Full-time dedicated operator was needed to load/unload and grind Push Rod Seats on a Blanchard grinder to get 500 parts per hour.
Solution:
C&B built a custom Single Disc grinder complete with automatic load and unload which only required 20% of the operator’s time and increased their productivity to 3600 parts per hour.
